it's a web interface almost used to manage the virtual invironment and clustering

it has to be installed on64 bit windows

it can manage your VM,s in an easy way

I'm in the process of building a Quad Core Xeon24GB server to upgrade our company's Windows2003 Terminal Server (approximately35 users) and I was looking at virtualizing the server given the specs of the box (in addition to maybe4 other servers).  Given our small budget, I was looking at ESXI and also Promox, which I just recently discovered.  I am attracted to Promox for the management and clustering functionality (for free!), but would like to know what other people's experience have been using it to virtualize Windows servers in a production environment?  Should I stick with the free, but limited ESXI, or is Promox a better option?
