Simply .... you can convince him-her by your opinion by using a " what if ..." manner , that is mean always be close to him-her , and when he-she make a decision and you think that decision was wrong and you need to put yours ask him-her ' what if ..... your opinion.....' when he will discover the right way he will ask you to do so always , in this way you will manage your manager mind easily.
