Every $ that a marketer spends, he/she should get a $10 back in the system. Thats a global thesis.

 

Now depending on average order value and sales nurture period you would need to define number of leads that must go in a system within a pre-defined timeline.

 

I can guide you more if you suggest if it is consumer marketing ( mobile, broadband) or enterprise marketing ( leased line, bandwidth, storage, etc) undertaken by telco marketer.
