Why most of electrical load is inductive in nature?

There is so many factors need to be consider but i will summarize it.

Induction loads cover more requirements of the industry as compare to D.C loads.

Because generators generates A.C supply and if you want to get D.C supply for D.C loads you have to install AC to DC convertor which means you will be totally dependent on a single equipment to run your load that sacrifice with your load reliability.  

Its easy and efficient to transmit, distribute, handle and control the AC supply rather than D.C supply.

AC switch-gears smart and less cost as compare to DC switch-gears.
