What is the best Track in Labor Market at Arabic countries , Database Administration or Network administration?

db admin is doing less tasks, management appreciated him , network admin, is doing more tasks, he didnt get the same level of appreciation like db admin, from managerial point of view they cannot live without db admin, however network admin is considered as an optional, but technically both db admin  & network admin cannot live without each other 

the database administration and network administration have the same important this career and other another career the two is best track in labor market at the Arabic Countries

i opt for data base administration

Network administration is very important for organization but the employees may be not feel his impotency but database admin is very important for the applications that the users are using so every one knows him

from my point view both are very important but the best track in Arab country is Database admin.
