Concerning the angry Customer, we have to deal with him as a case need to be resolved by typical procedures and orientations before start new sales activities. The procedures which have to be followed with him as :

1- Reaching him by phone to organize a meeting to discuss the reasons behind this indignation

2- After clarification the real reasons, we try to find the best way to reduce his anger and outrage

3- Start to open direct channels with him constantly to treat with any misunderstanding with relevant solutions set up

4- Arrangement some invitations to him to visit the company's offices & factories to show him some solution to his requirements

5- Focusing on the positive things in his personality to develop the Interpersonal & Busines Relations

6- Submitting some  proposals to meet his requirements with permanent contacts from time to time to know his future plans to give him the best offers & solutions
