Deployment of DWDM with RAMAN and EDFAs. Assuming that fiber is healthy and very less attenutaion per KM.

For this type of Communication we have to use fiber optical cable also we can use p2p wireless dish using the 45 degree propagation method high range bridge i think this is better than satellite because it more expensive and p2p is one time investment

It depends on the frequency you can be used but less than 3GHz with a 2.4 m ANTENNA  dish will achieve the target if you consider earth radius and flat area reflection
