How have you used, or how will you use, technology in the classroom?

With all of the new forms of technology available, schools are eager to incorporate it into their classrooms whenever possible. It's important to assure your interviewer that you are familiar with and enthusiastic about using available technology. In addition, note that you are always looking to research new technologies to implement in your classroom, as they become available.

Provide the interviewer with examples of what technologies you have used in the past:

·         I was lucky to have one of the first 'Smart Boards' in my classroom. The children were immediately engaged, and eager to explore the possibilities being offered. We learned together just what an amazing teaching tool it could be.

أصبح التعليع الحالي يعتمد كثيرا على التكنلوجيا بحيث أصبح يقوم على التعم الذاتي فالمدرس أصبح موجها ومرشدا استخدمت الانتر نت في الدروس حيث يقوم الطالب باستخراج المعلومات بنفسه بعد تحيد الموضوع طبعا كما استخدمت برامج العروض لعرض الدرس كاملا وكذلك أجهزة العرض لعرض النصوص والقواعد كذلك يمكن استخدام الوسائل السمعية لجعل الدرس أكثر حيوية وواقعية وكل ذلك طبعا بما يتناسب مع موضوع الدرس ومتطلباته والوسائل المتاحة 

The answer is it is situation based. Which and how technology is used is based in subject matter and situation and the school environment too.

Sure - computers, Internet, video

I have used the computer for teaching mathematics; my own web sites for assignments, reviews, test reviews, class club activities, and interaction with parents and learning/teaching communities; document camera and the computer for class presentations; smart board for presentation, explanations, films; my own computer programs for teaching Geometry etc. I still use black board, white board, and charts whenever and whatever is needed at the time. A teacher must be resourceful to use anything according to the need and availability of the technology and audio-visual aids. Hence I will use technology available according to my students’ needs and requirements.
