i belive stress in the work place can be managed through task variety between monotonous tasks and critical thinking tasks.

While some workplace stress is normal, excessive stress can interfere with your productivity and impact your physical and emotional health. And your ability to deal with it can mean the difference between success or failure. You can’t control everything in your work environment, but that doesn’t mean you’re powerless—even when you’re stuck in a difficult situation.

There are a variety of steps you can take to reduce both your overall stress levels and the stress you find on the job and in the workplace. These include: Taking responsibility forimprovingyour physical and emotional well-being. Avoiding pitfalls by identifying knee jerk habits and negative attitudes that add to the stress you experience at work. Learning better communication skills to ease and improve your relationships with management and coworkers.

Make sure to strike a balance between the actual work and other diversions such as other projects or restorative actions such as exercise to refresh and decrease the  possibility of "out-of-control" stress.

In my persoanl point of veiw and what am i really do , Just try to change what you do , meaning you can change your place , You can make any call to any one you feel comfort talking with , you can just having fun with any of your work friends only for5 minutes just to break up your mode , in order you can come back again with new fresh mind to complete your work but not that only but even you will try to think how to add value more to your section as well.

1- الدوام على  ممارسه الرياضه مثل المشى 

2- الاستماع للموسيقى الهادئه

3- محاوله اخذ راحه اسبوعيه والذهاب الى المناطق الخضراء 

5- تناول الوجبات الغذائيه المفيده

Everyday I try to have something new in my day; new road I take to job, new outfit or new phone calls with friends before or after job. Such simple strategies can help you with managing your daily stress.Also, you need not to focus on being stressed; some people keep on thinking about it, and by the time; the idea become real.

Have some habits that can help to overcome the stress. E.g. I always listen to a certain list of music, eat certain types of food and do everything in my day with a certain way, after few days, when I found out that I got bored I change this routine into something else I start to use, including every simple thing I do in my day.

Pray regularly, take your medicines at the right time and do small exercises before you come to office.. Be punctual and check your daily task list to priorities items.
