Why is blue the most used color on the internet?

It is comfortable to view user who spends a long time in front of the site and make him feel calm and stillness and gives him the ability to concentrate, and also because the Blue carries the meaning of trust and credibility. Another reason for choosing Facebook to the color blue, where he says «Mark Zuckerberg» designed Facebook: «Blue is the color purest for me and I can see the blue color clearly», some newspapers reported that «Mark» suffers from color blindness, and blue is the best color that can distinguish visually.

Simple answer, Every color has own philosophy and Blue is communication color and you can see on internet and blue also use for business and health.

In my humble opinion, BLUE is actually a color that reflects comfort & relaxation on humans by all means;just as it is a source for terminating nurvousness and lessening stress...

Not only does BLUE color represent a major space in our lives that we always seek, but also it takes us into that endless feeling of eternity within it once we reach out to it and become in oneness with it.

By far, BLUE is the first & undisputed color rated within COLD Color Grouping, and GREEN follows with no doubt.

When I was 13 years old, while teaching us to differentiate amongst Warm & Cold colors, I recall our "Arts" instructor telling us to color vast & confined spaces in any object that we draw with same colors reflected to us from nature; depending on "where" we find Cold & Warm Colors.......

So we learned that "Sky & Seas" and "Forests & Greenery" are selectively meant be BLUE & GREEN in color for instance and not RED & ORANGE :-)) and the purpose of such a selection is to resort to it as a sanctuary for relaxation time and contimplating on things around us... 

He added, we see Red, Orange, Pink and Yellow in small, confined and limited spaces like "Fire", "Fruites", "Clothes" and so on and so forth, and it normally involves movement, speed and action rather. 

Some of us argued the contradiction that Yellow is a WARM COLOR, and yet the Sun is such a huge object..... !! and our instructor simply replied:"Not when one can hide it with the tip of one's finger" :-))

Respectively, Internet is as wide as an ocean, and is so deep and limitless like the endless sky; which makes it perfect to navigate and maneuver within; freely, tirelessly and continuously until one gets eventually beaten with no questions asked :-)) and after all, this is where one would wish to be while going through the venture of the "unknown" & "wished be known", and that's why I assume Internet was meant to be laid down with such a promising color.

It beautifies the visual. Its makes the message more acceptable as compared to other colors. It is visibl to all. It appeals the mind for positive ideas.

actually we can see it comfortably. and other reason the blue color has give us the massage of trustworthy and coolness.

Blue on the first place. Look to “Your Desired Objective” - it has something to do with a desire for calm, isn’t it?!

This test was developing by observing the preferences of a very large set of subjects in the age range consistent with internet users.

Note that blue is not necessary the most liked color, but it comes in front when people need calm and relaxation (it might have something with the color of the sky.)

This is why most web designers make this conscious or unconscious choice.

well keep it simple the sky is blue nobody gets sick because of looking at the skylook at the blue to defuse"change" being blue

i think is the best because the cool color at the same time clear and helps the recipient to read
