I can see in your profile under languages Arabic is missing however Urdu is specified. It will be better if you learn to speak, write & read arabic. That area you should improve. You should get preferance considering your years of expeiance.
The best way to get hired in UAE is to go there and search job there, because most of the employers call for walk in interview, so you have to be there when they call you.
You should concentrate more on the phase before programming like buisness analysis and how to build data flow diagram
UXD and 3D. I've seen the market sliding to mobile applications and into user friendly 3D graphics, that also have a bunch of use in other areas, such as interior design, modeling, character design, etc.
DXB or Abu Dhabi are best places
