Well First thing don't ever stop applying to any positionSelf learning and reading either online or real books makes you more aware about everything.Start with a small company not a multinational one its not that important at first.Last thing big positions comes first from down stairs so don't panic to ask questions or to start from downstairs in any company coz u'll learn from that.
I think when you are taking your courses be it hospitality, it means you have the theory, but you no experience, these doesn't mean you have it all, the best thing is to apply the theory into practice to see your capability and acquired knowledge if its productive to the industry. So keep on applying the jobs, for no one was born knowing all, but we learn to know. On the other hand 'practice makes perfect'.........
