It should be balanced performance goal matching your ambition with  that of your direct subordinates. Then. the project activities  will be pushed together at the optimum level to achieve the goal

Thanks for your invitation. The own performance level has to be considered as per the achievement percent in a specific Project or Business Plan.  Therefore, ambitions for the project manager or any one in the limited work have to used to realize the Goal in sharing with other Subordinates ambitions in order to increase the percentage of the achievement as one team has a good performance to get the goals with wide range of ambition.

In this case the Project Manager ambition and other team members (subordinates) ambitions are become consistent in order to reach the combined Goal successfully.
