Good employees leave because:
This is a good question as it deals with the relationship issues between the company and its employees. I think the following list of bad mistakes by management will let good employees to leave their company to look for a better job opportunities:
1. Under estimating the employee's expertise and effort
2. Comparing the employee's loyalty with his colleagues' loyalty
3. Overwhelming work pressure
4. Nonpaid overtime hours although the employee works more than the hours defined in the Labor Law
5. Personalize the work
6. Unrealistic Deadlines which in most cases taken without consulting the employee who is the performer of the task
7. Working for late hours
8. Working in the holidays
9. Disrespect for the employee's personal life and personal time
10. Delayed Salaries
11. Non professional environment
12. loss of credibility between the management and the employee
13. Enforced Decisions by the management
14. Poor management skills
15. Overestimating the weak employees
16. Underestimating the work load of huge tasks
17. Poor understanding about the required facilities (resources, tools, plans, etc.)
18. No Continuous Development at work (periodical courses not available)
19. Many Restrictions at work (like: salary deductions for coming late although the employee compensate these hours after the end of the working day, counting how many times the employee leaves his chair, not enough break time, counting the number of minutes the employee waste inside the bathroom, preventing the employees from taking the breakfast at early morning hours, preventing the employees to talk with each other during work... etc.)
20. The Manager who does not listen to his employees is a bad manager, also the Manager who just listen to his employees without taking positive action to enhance the work environment is also a bad manager
