I need to write a presentation as i'm applying for a new position in my job, which consist in food and beverage team leader.

Dear friend, thanks for your invitation, however I'm sorry to say that I do not have any knowledge or experience in the speciality but eating if available :-)

Generally, for cover letter, you need to briefly mention about your experience and how you come to know about the requirement and why you think fit for the position applying at the respective organization and conclude by attaching your full resume.

when it comes to power point presentation, may be you can some slides purely describing your skills, experiences and knowledge in the respective skill/requirement.
