Im in line with Mr Suizo's answer. In addition in terms of scales; corporate development will focus more on internal or organization matters that will uplift the people and organization progress, benefits and to name a few. Whilst business development one of it is to explore the market needs and sentiments to come out with a good, competitive or even unique packages that are marketable.

Hello, Hany.

An analogy would perhaps help you differentiate between the two.

Business development is to a man making a kite for the learning and enjoyment of his son, while corporate development is building an airplane for the fulfillment of the needs of his family.

It is the same, but the scales and the scope are different.

Hope that helps!
