No doubt ego is the worst among senior management, they are stubborn and scared to experiment new ideas. They prefer to stay in their comfort zones and could not fly.

Not necessary everytime. Sometimes goals of the organisation or department can make u keep your ego behind and strive hard to achieve result in any situation.
