First of all, it is a basic right of a person that he can switch from one job to the other. If someone does this, the reasons behind leaving the job can be a higher position with more charming salary, career growth, and fulfillment of life dreams.
Basically this happens when they feel that the input they give in is not directly propotioanal to the output they receive from the Company, hence it guarantee them the security to acquire something of the standard they felt they have. it can be sorted out only if serious consideration of their effort is reccognised and well taken care of.
it depends on their personal hidden interest.before recruit them we need to verified his/her previous job status and proper background.
