How do you look at the phone security protection against sales calls?

i don't know what the relationship between the phone security protection and the sales calls

I think that sales persons or sales team need their privacy as a mandatory right as far as excuting their duties is concerned, it isn't wise or ethical to tap into their conversation or transactional processes. On the other hand however, there is need to have reasonably minimum supervision & regulation of sales calls because too much freedom & autonomy would come with their own dangerous shortcomings.
