It depends on what you mean by a living relationship.If it is a sustainable business relationship with your customers that lead to you getting more business from the customer, then yes i believe in it. Building good relationships with your customers is paramount.This is because a happy customer generally gives you more business and referrals thus growing your portfolio.When your customers are not happy,they look elsewhere and you end up having a low retention rate and high attrition of your client base.Sustaining good business relationships is not an option for a Relationship Manager,it is indeed very important.
