Consultant is a generic term, who is hired by the organization to deliver specific HR related deliverables within a specified timeframe. Normally, HR consultants perform the following jobs under  the overall supervision of HR manager. or Operations Manager

  1. Analyse need identification of personnel and job classification of the post. 
  2. Support the HR Manager in hiring process (advertisement, shortlisting of candidates, interviewing, writing detail interviewing notes)
  3. Support HR related seminars/workshops
  4. Conduct HR survey to assess the motivation, expectation, commitment,  of all staff
  5. Auditing of HR files  and advise the HR manager accordingly
