* Raw materials: (Materials) is involved in the production of goods and services provided by
The project to its customers.
* Machinery and equipment: (Machines) which is what the project needs to produce goods and provide services.
* Market (Market) are current and potential customers.
* Money: (Money) is essential to achieve the completion of the previous requirements.
- Prepare a project charter outlining the project goals and get it approved by management and customer(s).
- Define the project team.
- Define anticipated risk(s) and how to mitigate them.
- Plan to manage the change (if required).
- Prepare a project plan with the particiapation of the project team (including risk mitgation actions, change management actions, & actions to ensure effective communication between the team members and between the project team and management and customer(s)) and get the plan approved by management and customer(s)
- If the project is two big (exceeds3 months), split it into smaller consecutive projects, each with its approved plan.
- Ensure avialability of the resources required to executre the approved plan at the times outlined in the plan.
- Manage execution of the project plan(s) and monitor its performance.
- Close the completed project and handover its deliverables.
