Times are tough for Telcos operators, as the content providers’ disruptive ‘Over The Top (OTT)’ services have continued to ride over Telco operators networks, making the subscribers to replace the VAS of Telco operators with free OTT services. The consequence is the dwindling Telco operator revenues across many markets.
