What terrorism insurance covers?

Usually all insurance policies excludes some perils from insurance coverage such as war ,civil war ,strikes , riots, and a like.

But as far as I know , very recently insurance industry's experts introduce new insurance policy to cover the recently appears risks of terrorism .

 sorry for  this short answer , and this because I have now more knowledge and experience in this new side of insurance.

A commercial terrorism policy covers damaged or destroyed property—including buildings, equipment, furnishings and inventory. It may also cover losses associated with the interruption of your business. Terrorism insurance may also cover liability claims against your business associated with a terrorist attack.

Terrorism is not covered under regular insurance policies due the missing element of (accident) as insurance only cover unexpected accidents and not planned attacks, because terrorism usually is planned. But, some insurance companies has exclusions can be added to a commercial policy in the western world, but I don't think it's available in the middle east.
