Sales is the only important department of any company. Rest of the departments work as support functions. What are your views ?

Sales Dept is important as if there is no sale, no business.

But Management that initiate & implement the strategies on all level, like Corporate level, Business unit & functional level are the base of the any business that defines the structure of the business. So without this Dept. no business even come to existence. 

But Obviously, all the depts. are equally important to support the business. 

Every departments in the company matters starting from CEO to the first line operator , sales department not gonna be successful without heavy matchsticks indications and studies  in order to provide the required outcome which  reflects on the company over all success , Thank you

Sales department is important but NOT the only department in any company. Further NO sale is complete unless the monies are received in bank.
