Do you feel recruitment website doing justice to recruitment as there is a conflict of interest as they are trying to get money from both end?

The online portals are mostly using concept of candidates pay money and their application will be promoted which is wrong in case of a recruiter as they are not looking for a rich employee but a talented and skilled employee to hire.
