All the options you have listed truly contribute to "multi-tasking" at some point in work. It is true that some people are just born naturally bright & good traits that can help them in mult-tasking. It is also true that some people are just taught & easily learn how to multi-task & It is also true that some people can watch & copy others thus they end up also mult-tasking. However there are also other factors like Environment in which we work in for instance if you are sorrounded by "mult-taskers", you might end up becoming one. Also the role & involvement of management towards achieving the mult-tasking goal matters for instance mgt's will towards nurturing & infulencing mind-sets of employees towards achieving the mult-tasking goal. Thanx for the invitation

Thanks for the question. Option B - more relevant than other. Some ones in the  head Management have more than on task at the same time. It is dependent on capability of the person as of most Businessmen are handling many tasks at the same time.

You don't really MULTITASK.

You actually do just one thing at any given time, even if you have to run several projects at the same time.

The secret is in time management and prioritizing.

Thanks for inviting me. Multi tasking is a skill acquired by training and handling more than 1 task at a time. Some people are better than others in multi tasking since these people are more willing to handle more than 1 skill at a time, they have better focus and can manage their time efficiently.

Willing to take up more than one is the matter of RECEPTIVENESS. This is one of the rpoducts found built in the gene and in some cases accquired through training and practise everyday. This is not like facing, parent, children, colleagues and friends as a son/daughter, parent, employee and friend respectively. It is a matter of a leadership style too.
