Which is better? working in multinational company or national company?

Take it a root of challenge. Working in both companies are certainly better either ways. It is not just about the level of the companies its all about the type of environment you are in. Not always that a multinational company would put value to their employees, let it be that its a national company but their appreciation towards their manpower is on the top rank of the priorities then that is what an employee could wish for.

Experience and salary is the main factor

Hi on the basis of the employee's need, the choice is determined

Perfer to work with a middle company since i will have enough freedom to demonstrate my abilities rather than the limited scope in a MNC. 

I worked in multinational company and national company. What I get from both of them is enrich my knowledge about world class business. MNC is better to work as there are room to see rainbow of people. Taste of variabilities experience.

If your career is bigginer Level then The national company much better in my opinion than the foreign company because

you can get better or more knowledge in small level comany or national comapany and you whenever you thought that now you have enough knowledge and experience in your field then now time for switch to MNC(multi-national company) to get higher package or better salary.if you got job in MNC at bigginer level then i bet if you have 5 year experience from MNC but a persone who have only two year experience from small company or national level company has better knowledge then you hv.if you have alot of knowledge then you have secure life so many MNC can/ want to hired you.

 

for me i will work in a multinational company because multinational company can give me more chances to compete with more people and i can enhance my capabilities.     

want to work in multinational company for better exposure and to show capability

 

working with middle company and high work load and a lot of experience and higher salary.

Because it prepares you well to survive any kind of work culture. The knowledge gained is added benefit you get with the salary.
