What is the difference between Strategic Project Construction Manager and Intentional Project Construction Manager? Which character do you prefer?

Intentional Project CM is more focused towards getting the job done within stipulated time and cost.

Whereas Strategic Project CM is more inclined towards long term goals instead of short term goals like meeting deadline or completing within budget. Instead they works towards how to progress within market by beating the competition or improving the customer satisfaction.

The main difference between these two roles is the level of authority. The international  project construction manager directly oversees the day-to-day construction activities, while the strategic project construction manager might supervise the construction manager. The international project construction manager has more authority and responsibility than a strategic project construction manager typically does because he leads and motivates a team of managers or workers. The international project construction manager oversees a project from inception to completion, while the strategic project construction manager is involved with just the construction phase.
