In my point of view Customer service department is a backbone of any business unit and if this department is weak or not working properly then business can not grow.

well for me i would always to listen to them first, because sometimes we just make mis understanding to each other,always be patience no matter what happen.

The costumer service in insurance companies are some what helpful to their patients, but they provide the instructions & services within the policy coverage. This is is helpful to the patient when some providers refuse their covered services & helpful to the service providers when the patients demand uncovered services...
