Of course - in every business, the object must be one of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. The question is how? In my view, the answer is based on a) full transparency, so that the customer knows exactly what (s)he will get for exactly the price (s)he will pay, and b) prompt response. So customer feedback should be requested and summarised, and response times should be recorded and both should be routinely monitored. Gpod luck in your chosen discipline!
