In sales, customers have to be number 1 priority to every sales representative so showing a high level of importance and interest in customers is crucial for the representative's success. In my opinion, eye contact and open ears are the keys for my success in making my customers feel welcomed and important to me. However, I find it a bit difficult in Saudi Arabia in comparison to the United States as per cultural differences and expectations. Give them the attention they need and always have an open ear!!
