Always the workplace, the culture is a daily fact of organizational life, nor is culture in tasks or balance sheets statement or even instruction manuals for employees

. Culture, which was founded by companies such as "Apple" and "Google" in Silicon Valley, but each company is different and different cultures within them as well.

Policies as follows:

: start in order-

there must be a goal when the foundation for a new culture of any company, and to create that goal, we must understand the reason behind the operation, the sense of what is the target of the company

:Select a language and common values and standards-

it should have a firm set of values (the company's principles), and there should also be a set of criteria to measure how they are implementing the principles and when the employees of the company biaslanguage and common standards and values, will have a culture coherent

:Take an example of the big companies in the command-

Leaders who embody the passion is incredible what they are doing and they have a perfect work ethic, they are the main source of inspiration for other employees and for those who wish to join the company

If we look at the brand "Virgin" and how it embodies the "Richard Branson" company founder everything the company wants people to see him cheerful and bold and enthusiastic

:To identify the representatives of that culture-

Each have a group of employees the company live, eat and breathe the culture and helping everyone to understand the status of the company and what it represents as well.

The role of these representatives (employees) do not diminish with time, on the contrary, increase their role while the company grow and ultimately, given the company's leadership a competitive advantage because customers will remember the positive and who are familiar with the company or brand they represent

:Permanent honesty and communication-

Is defined integrity as "the work of the proper thing even though it does not see a person who is doing and whatever he does the leader, he should everyone in his company demanding commitment to the truth and to do everything with a commitment to maximum integrity, and be non-compliance is an option."

:Dealing with the professional ethics of the company's employees-

Should the commander of the company or its chief executive to deal well with the staff, but will become a culture in which the commander established without the benefit of trying if he has a high staff turnover rate

- CV dazzling anything worth its pride, but if the figure required for a person Ozvih exciting questions, it would not be appropriate to work with any company can learn a skill but it is difficult to acquire good manners and personal.

There are a few ways to accomplish this, and they don't involve being considerate or agreeable:

  • Hire well and make it clear that everyone is good at their jobs.  Remove people who are not.  This makes it more likely that when people debate and criticism, they remember that the person is good, but (because startups require extraordinary effort), it is the work that inevitably has flaws; hence continual refinement.
  • Align everyone very strongly and publicly to the startup's ultimate mission.  Doing this publicly yields an understanding that there is a shared sense of mission, so people will also trust that people doing radically different jobs from theirs are still working towards the same goal, and criticisms will be more likely to center around methods (and not motives).
  • Give people difficult assignments where they have true opportunities to fail and then recover.  While failure hurts, respect is earned amongst peers by visibly contending with a difficult situation and succeeding, even if the success comes after an initial failure.  Everyone is inevitably going to fuck stuff up; it's the people who can clean up their mess who earn respect.  Give them the chance to fuck up.
  • As a closing appeal to authority, I will cite the following from Among Max Levchin's lessons learned as a young entrepreneur, which are the greatest?

You can have successful teams where people hate but deeply respect each other; the opposite (love but not respect among team members) is a recipe for disaster.

Ultimately, you must decide if you want your company to win, or if you want it to be nice.  This is not license for your people to be assholes, but a startup whose employees are exhorted to be pleasant or agreeable when they don't feel that way will end up being pleasant and agreeable towards the harsh realities of business, and it will probably end up dead.

Changing employee "mindsets" is the greatest and most significant achievement that can effectively & completely transform the entire culture in an organisation. This can be done through employee nurturing, mentoring, training & development where relevant & vital knowledge or information & skills from various disciplines or business portfolios can be imparted into these employees. At the end of these exercises, the entire culture of the organisation will be transformed for the best as the organisations intends to have. Thanx for the invitation
