Thanks for your good question. The best method to get jobs for new graduates engineers is to make them work with Consulting Engineering offices under training with assistance of the oldest engineers in the field.
I agree with Mr.Sattar Mohammed's answer. As a fresher, you will get exposure to the field when you are working with a senior engineer. You may also get contacts, knowledge about market which will guide you to decide your future growth.

This is what you need to do to get a job easily. Every ad posted in the newspapers and on job sites sometimes there is an email address where to send CV, so collect the addresses email your CV. If 100 addresses received your CV then there is a chance that 20 or more will reply. It is up to you to decide which to entertain.
look for any job and do whatever you can do for 2 years period contract, after that you will be a good fisher in the market.
