DIGITAL BANKING REMOVE THE HUMAN ASPECT BECAUSE IN EARLIER STAGE ALL THE BANKING ACTIVITY IS DONE THROUGH BRANCH .BUT NOW A DAYS BANKING SYSTEM BEING DIGITAL SO ALL THE TRANSACTION AND SENDING MONEY TAKING STATEMENTS ETC ARE DONE THROUGH INTERNET.

Definetely digital banking remove the human aspect in banking system as it can be easily analyse by following points .

 

1. Most of people have started using internet banking having view as well transation rights.

2. previously neft / rtgs system is changed now people are comforatble using internet banking.

3. Cheque transaction are reduced.

4. Branch banking transaction have reduced .

5. customer problem relating to bankinga are resolved by the customer care -telephone/video.

6. Automated atm are there for cash deposit and other banking transaction.

So one can say that technology are making life easier for people who want to bank .

We cann't denay that the telecommunication/ digital banking  now having a critical adavatage for the customers however , we can't totaly remove the human aspect

Nowadays the banking services provided 24/7 through the digital banking systems, therefore the human aspect reduced in the banking process, but the banking still needs to the human aspect firstly to ensure this digital system working correctly, as well as the need to develop this digital process according to the market needs.
