You should start with asking: Why do you want to implement Lean Six Sigma in your company?
Implementation of any improvement initiative should not be for the sake of implementing it. There should be a reason (such as quality improvement, cost reduction, Customer Satisfaction, Lead time reduction)
The Top Operator always have some goals on Quality, Cost reduction, Market share etc. Identify these goals. Identify what management want to accomplish. Identify what your Management need to accomplish.
First, your target should be to use Lean Six Sigma or any other such Improvement method if they suit these goal to extent to which it helps accomplishment of these goals.
