“Why should we hire you?” is a common question raised by several employers for determining the effectiveness of the candidate’s skills and capabilities vis-à-vis the job requirements. The candidate’s response should be coherent and relevant to his/her qualifications and experience.

Tell them your strengths, your skills, your expertise, your profit projects, show them honestly your the guy for what they are looking for and INSHALLAH you will get hired if you're in the employer's budget.
