Do you think that defeating competition is the most effective goal? Why ?

Not at all, Your goals shall be focused on achieving your success not on failing others. In the business there are so many areas where you need others who are supposed to be your competitors. You may even use them as channels for more business if they work at a level that complements your business.

In the insurance we compete and then again share the risk together through what is known as facultative reinsurance which is the reinsurance among and through competing insurance companies.

Competition creates inspiration

Do not forget the competition does not end at all ..

There is no winner or loser ..

Only experiences and develop

Competing with others would drive you out from your goals.  This will lead you to having a goal of defeating others and not achieving. Instead, let the competition be your inspiration to achieve your goals.
