Fair, good & excellent compensation is a "big" player or factor in motivating employees, it also build better relationships in the company, employees don't loose confidence in the company & are always committed towards performing better, it also makes them contented & they feel that they are loved & are part of the company which increases more morale. On the otherhand however, unfair, poor & absence of compensation brings about various upheavels in the company for instance embezzlement, corruption, social strife, high level of employee turnover, comflicts etc. Thanx for the invitation

Right compensation will improve the self esteem of the employee, will increase his productivity and also increase the brand image of the company in market.
