Thank you for the invitation. Engineers face the obstacle of work experience in getting a job. Most of the companies in UAE require UAE work experience or Gulf experience. Work experience in Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc. is considered equal to null in most of the cases. Also, since most of the engineering jobs are in the construction therefore construction experience is required.

Thanks for invitation -

The answer into two parts:

The ancient engineers (with experience) - Their field in their jurisdiction is sometimes - The inadequacy of their salaries with their experience - The lack of job opportunities in other than their own - The difficulty of completing their studies (postgraduate degrees in some cases) !!!

New engineers - Their salaries do not match their ambition - The difficulty in obtaining employment for the first time - With the foregoing ............ Mentioned above !!!

obstacles and opportunities faced by electrical engineers including freshers would be as governed by market conditions, specific industry growth / recession dynamics, mergers, government policy, rapidly changing needs of the recruitment companies including possible shifts in skills set as required by companies, change management and restructuring of com panies resulting in obsolescence of some roles and creation of new roles, merger of roles; government policy regulating certain types of skills sets, nationalities and linguistic skills , demand and supply gap of electrical engineers created by demographical situations in other countries, etc
