How can I use twitter to get more followers for my blog?

We can have certain ways of inducing people on  twitter to part of our audience for our blogs .

Please take following steps , which may help in increasing the audience.

1:- Use # Hashtags

2:- Use short and attracting tweets  

3:- Retweet Mentioned Blog Content

4:- Request for retweet

5:- Use photos

6:- Create voting questionnaire, ask questions
