Analogous Estimating is a comparison of a project estimate with similar project costs executed or estimated earlier. Derives from "Analogy". Help to develop an initial estimate based on similarity of parameters.

My choice is 'B".

As the name suggests, Analogous estimates is an estimates based on analogy i.e. based on similar works executes in past. It is not very accurate in comparison to parametric estimation as it does not account for inter relationship between different attributes of an activity.
