How do you describe the perfect time to write?

It depends on the individual writer. There is no such thing as a common "perfect time to write".I am inspired to write when it is raining outside, a thing that another writer may find drab. 

Morning time because this way you are giving yourself time to prepare and think while you write alongside checking and last-minute research if need-be.
