What branch of law has the best future in the coming 5 years?

in my opinion as legal attorney the law of telecommunication will be the best subject for the discussion among the legal environment due to increasing number  of cyber crimes the number  of areas in the field have no coverage of legality, As a result, a wide assortment of new and emerging legal issues continue to confront attorneys and members of the telecommunications industry, which also beneficiated certain community of high professional among the society ( white Color )  so in coming next half decade it will be the area of considering to make certain new regulation and amend the existing law to cover the demands of future. 

I believe International Tax and Transfer-Pricing are areas that keep growing. This is especially because the OECD BEPS initiatives are bringing in sweeping changes in countries where tax codes are in a bid to create some international uniformity. On the company side you have the revamped Transfer-Pricing Rules and Country-by-Country reporting requirements. All of these changes, on the States' and corporation sides, will require time and specialists' knowledge in tax to implement.

Compliance is likely to be a stable, if not growing, field. Either international trade compliance due to use of sanctions and increased protectionism, or banking and financial services compliance also due to sanctions and as part of efforts to curb corruption, tax evasion and other crimes. These fields may prove to be less cyclical than areas such as oil and gas and construction because they stem from government policy and companies and institutions have no choice but to comply. There should be good opportunities in GCC countries and globally.

 si on vise le problème économique de certains pays je pense que la fraude fiscale constitue  toujours un grand problème pour la majorité des états dont lesrecettes sont basées  principalment sur les taxes et impôts perçus par les contrubuables. ce ci dit la majorité  des contrubuables ne veulent en cas payer ou disant qu'il essyent de meiux econimiser en fraudant mais le problème c'est que ces états ne disposent pas de fiscalistes qui peuvent optimiser ce volet pour les sociétés et en même temps payer les taxes et impôts dues de ce fait dans une grande parie e droit fiscal sera le plus important de jour en jour surtout que que le marché économique mondial s'ouvrent de plus en plus et les échanges économiques et les relations commerciales sont de plus en plus fortes entres états donc le droit fiscal et le droit douanier seront les plus importants

I think every branch of law will have its own importance for sure...Individuals had to be experts in the particular branch to reap the benefits out of it.
