The concept of strategy relates to the general direction of the organization. The marketing plan includes the executive details of developing products and services and pricing, promoting, and positioning them, the sales takes us to the point where the point of transacting the product or service between the organization and the customer.
Now the question here deals with opportunity. The opportunity is an external positive factor not an internal one. We have int the SWOT analysis the Strength and Weaknesses as internal organizational factors while Opportunities and Threats as external factors.
