Use Instagram for images, Facebook for customer interactions but also consider approaching forums where people might be interested. A heavy metal forum for example since a leather jacket is a popular fashion item for fans of this music. Facebook would also help getting endorsement.
Who are they targeting? Once you know who the company is targeting then you can decide which social media platform to go for. We call it "target audiences" - demographics.
For me, I would go with one social media platform, I find it useless to go with all platforms and post the same stuff over and over. Instagram is at the top of this list, because of its simplicity, and clarity, and all post related to the product are visual, from models, collections, and sales posts, pricing, etc....Style is something visual, people need to see what they might buy ion the future, so all posts must have a picture on it, thus the use of instagram, and good, well balanced typography that accompanies the pics for good brandharmony.

Like most communications programs, the choice of platforms/media avenues boils down to how much the advertiser wants to spend. Yes, even in this digital age, the old adage of 'more the merrier' holds good. With an average monthly user-base of over 1.5 billion people, Facebook’s dominance has become flat out Social media advertising platforms facebook unquestionable and the company is currently towering over the competition. The social media giant possesses a larger audience than any other platform and understands the value and potential reach businesses have the opportunity to capitalize on. Facebook, simply put, is too big to ignore as a social media advertising platform.
So I suggest best option would be Facebook just for its wider base and being youth savvy.
I agree with all the experts, nothing to add
