I do believe that the duties and responsibilities of the manager will not change by time, technology or the trend of market , but in fact, only his tools used in management, are changed to adapt with the environments' factors.

Very Simple.  A persons job description and a companies objectives need to be flexible enough to accommodate market needs.  If companies dont do that, they are going in for a suicide !!!

Training objectives also need to be tied up to changing business objectives tied up to changing market needs.
