As Human Resource Specialist well dressing has its own message for others. A person with a good personality might give care for his/ her task. This might not true always because net & good looking has its own factor for giving comment. A manager has a good looking because is is a resection for his/her post & the office . This might not add value on its accomplishment & decision making because a person who might not care about his/her personality might be skilled, good decision& solution maker. We might not biases a good looking person is a good manager or professional even if keeping personality has its own value for the post & organization.
I agreed so far, the people are acting first time with together according their appearance but this is temporary till they knows each other well in terms of knowledge & experience and personality.
People in this matter is not of one mind, it takes people out of the view of others in the topic of dressing
And some of them do not care about people's opinion on the subject of dressing
Yes, I agree. Your clothes may not be expensive, but they should be clean and proper. The shoes may not be new but should be polished. The hair may not be dyed but should be combed.
In official life it is very important that you are well dressed. It should be decent and as per your field. Formal and shining dress not show a decent personality. Any person if he is manager or visitor first impression for them is you dressing and you look. if it is not good so you can not make a good impression on them. I think dressing is most important thing in any type of official job.
