it depends on what you like to do and what kind of programming you work with, but as i see from your background you involved in web programming so JAVA will be better to learn than C++ and QT
for knowledge and know how to create code so you learn c++
for easier and speeder and beautiful user inter face you must learn java because java structure consisted of many classes that deal with many taskes
so java is better to deal with code than c++
Jave is not a functional programming language!
back to question, it really depends on your needs, each one of the languages has it's own pros and cons.
if you are after learning only, i would start with JAVA since it's easier (for me at least) then dive into C++.
the QT library can work with both
