In real life, who do you prefer in the customer service department, men or women? If men ,why? If women, why?

Better to have a section dedicated to serve customers for men supervised by men staff.

And the Department of customer service for women run by women employees.

Because both sexes more aware of the needs and requirements of each race.

If its a neutral product or service than I won't care but if it's something specific to men or women than I may choose accordingly. Also depends on the geography and culture you are operating your business in.  So, it's a very vague question.
